Day 1

Woke up at 11, sleeping in late is a bad habit that needs to go, too. Now about to go to the gym with Christine to work out hard after last nights dinner. I’m too full to eat still from last night, so dinner just might consist of salad at work. No dressing hopefully, or if I do, oil and vinegar for the dressing. I will keep this updated for means, too.
